Traffic management technology specialist Nissen will use Highways UK 2026 to launch a series of new products, with visitors to stand I17 among the first to see the latest additions to its road safety portfolio.
Nissen is preparing to unveil the latest developments in its road safety range at Highways UK 2026, although the company is keeping details of the new products under wraps until the show.
The manufacturer will showcase the new additions on stand I17, alongside its established portfolio of traffic management and road safety equipment.
Operating under the principle ‘Our Science is Safety’, Nissen has spent decades developing technology for mobile traffic management. Its products have evolved from the company’s original warning lamps through to intelligent LED traffic management systems designed for increasingly complex road environments.
Today, its range includes safety lamps, warning beacons and traffic barriers alongside advanced LED variable message signs and other technology aimed at improving both road safety and the efficiency of traffic management operations.
A key part of Nissen’s approach is maintaining control over the manufacture of safety-critical components. High-performance plastic components used across its road safety products are manufactured in-house, alongside precision-engineered steel elements.
The company says this vertically integrated approach enables it to maintain greater control over product quality, consistency and performance throughout the manufacturing process.
That manufacturing capability is supported by Nissen’s experience of traffic management technology, industry standards and regulatory requirements. With equipment frequently deployed in safety-critical environments, the company places particular emphasis on product reliability, testing and continuous development.
Nissen also sees collaboration as increasingly important as the demands placed on traffic management continue to change. By combining specialist knowledge and manufacturing capabilities across its wider group, it aims to provide customers with integrated solutions through a single supplier.
Visitors to Highways UK 2026 will get the first opportunity to see where that development is heading, with Nissen promising several new additions to its range.
The company is not revealing exactly what they are just yet.
