Piotr will lead the PMO and Transformation agenda across the UK business, focussing on mergers and acquisitions, the integration of new business and ongoing operational improvement.
He will also play an important role in strengthening BUKO’s processes, governance and ways of working as the business continues to grow. This will help ensure the UK business has the right structure and operational foundations in place to support growth, improve performance and deliver consistent service to customers.
Piotr brings more than 20 years of experience across highways, infrastructure, utilities and traffic management including significant senior operational leadership and business transformation experience.
