Re-flow to showcase highways field-management tools at Highways UK

The software provider will demonstrate AI, stock tracking, waste reporting and carbon compliance features at the NEC Birmingham on 14 and 15 October.

Re-flow Field Management will use Highways UK 2026 to demonstrate software aimed at helping highways contractors manage field operations, compliance records and operational data.

The company will be exhibiting on stand E11 at the NEC Birmingham on 14 and 15 October. Re-flow said existing clients can use the stand for support, operational discussions and demonstrations of new features, while prospective users can explore how the platform connects planning, delivery and records used for compliance and payment.

New software features

Demonstrations are expected to include Re-flow’s AI assistant, which allows users to ask plain-English questions about operational data and retrieve reports, summaries and answers from forms and records.

The company will also present a stock-tracking function designed to give teams visibility of materials across vehicles, depots and jobs. Other features include digital waste tracking, intended to support the submission of waste-movement information to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and PAS 2080 carbon reporting using information collected on site.

Re-flow said its wider platform includes a DVLA vehicle lookup for keeping vehicle MOT and tax information up to date. It also has a connector intended to support future digital waste-tracking requirements, while a Confirm connector is due later in 2026 to pass National Highways jobs into Re-flow.

The company has also developed a standardised form with RAISE to support the recording of road-worker abuse.

Carbon compliance session

Hannah Bradley, product manager at Re-flow, and Richard Smith of Auditel will speak at the event on 14 October from 12.50pm to 1.10pm.

The session, titled “Carbon compliance by design: Embedding data into operational workflows”, will examine how information gathered through day-to-day operations can support carbon accounting and PAS 2080 compliance.

Re-flow said the platform can be used as a standalone system or connected to a wider enterprise resource planning system, allowing operational information to feed into financial and other business systems.
